The Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe proves to be beautiful with or without makeup. In one of her posts on her Instagram account, she showed a bare-faced selfie that showed her gorgeous natural features. She paired it with an empowering caption that said she didn’t care even if the post “messed up her pleasing feed”. She said that she spent 2 whole months on Broadway and her hair and face had to be made up to a great degree on a daily basis, so she wanted to flaunt her natural look for a change.

Along with the post, she told her fans that they are beautiful even though they have “things to work on”. She encouraged them to post their versions of “realstagrams” or their real selves on the social media platform too. She also reminded them that working on the inside is what matters more so we should all focus on that. What an empowering speech!
